123 Dead: is SIT Letting Bhole Baba Get Away Lightly?

A special investigation team has submitted its report on the Hathras stampede in which 123 people – mostly women and children – were killed. While it implicates the local administration for allowing the satsang in Hathras without inspecting the venue, among other lapses, it shockingly does not name self-styled godman Bhole Baba.
