Adani-Hindenburg Saga: Decoding Supreme Court Hearing On The Case

Published On: November 29, 2023 - The Supreme Court heard the matter in the Adani-Hindenburg case recently. The court, however, reserved the judgement. During the hearing, the Supreme Court questioned SEBI on measures to protect investors. The court also said that it can not gauge the veracity of the Hindenburg Research report. In addition, while the SC-appointed expert committee found no lapses on part of SEBI, the Apex court asked SEBI to complete the probe in all 24 cases.
