Ambani Heirs Get Shareholders Nod To Join RIL Board

Published On: October 27, 2023 - Ambani heirs, Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani, and Anant Ambani, got the approval of the company’s shareholders and existing Board of Directors to be appointed to the board of Reliance Industries. Isha Ambani's appointment as non-executive director was approved with 98.21% votes; Akash Ambani's appointment was approved with 98.06% votes; and finally, Anant Ambani's appointment was approved with 92.75% votes.
