Apex Court Seeks Final Submissions in Adani-Hindenburg Case

Published On: November 08, 2023 - In the recent development in the Adani-Hindenburg saga, the Supreme Court has asked all parties involved to file the file submissions. The deadline to make the final submissions is November 8, Wednesday. Earlier, market regulator SEBI had filed a status report before the Supreme Court, in order to apprise the apex court of the nature of investigations made in the Hindenburg report.
