Ashneer Grover Moves To NCLT

Published On: December 13, 2023 - In a pushback, former BharatPe MD and co-founder Ashneer Grover moves to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Grover alleges oppression and mismanagement at the company. He pleads NCLT to declare actions of the board as oppressive and any change in management by the board of directors as void.
