Byju's Investors Move NCLT

Published On: February 23, 2024 - Four investors in Byju’s have filed a mismanagement suit in NCLT against CEO and founder Byju Raveendran, deeming him unfit to run the firm and seeking his ouster from the board. Further, the suit filed by the shareholders also seeks a forensic audit of the company, the appointment of a new board and voiding the rights issue. The suit comes a day after the Karnataka High Court ruled in favor of the CEO.
