CFTC Suit Triggers See-Off At Binance

The sell-off comes after the platform was sued by the top US regulator, Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) sued Binance, its CEO and former top compliance executive, alleging that they were operating an 'illegal' exchange and a 'sham' compliance program.
