Delhi Desensitised to Violence Against Women?

Published On: May 30, 2023 - The gruesome murder of a minor girl in full public glare by her alleged boyfriend was shocking. But what was equally disturbing was the apathy and nonchalance of the people who walked past the crime scene when the man was stabbing the girl and bludgeoning her head with a cement slab. No one stopped or called the police. No one bothered to alert her family.
