Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay’s visit to India followed by PM Narendra Modi’s trip to Bhutan are a boost for bilateral ties, despite the ongoing Bhutan-China border talks. Both leaders reaffirmed to enhance the India-Bhutan special friendship. However, Bhutan is also close to concluding negotiations with China on a border settlement. India’s worry is whether China will eye the tri-junction of Doklam?
