Ex-SEBI Chief M Damodaran Appointed as Head Of Advisory Panel of Paytm Payments Bank

Published On: February 12, 2024 - As the deadline of 29 Feb nears, Paytm announces the formation of an advisory panel that will look at the regulatory and compliance measures of Paytm Payments Bank. The panel will be spearheaded by former SEBI chairperson M Damodaran. The Committee also includes veterans like Mukund Chitale, former president of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; Ramach­andran Rajaraman, former chairman and managing director of Andhra Bank; and an advisory board of the Central Vigilance Commission.
