Festive Season: Industry Seeks Festive Schemes as October Car Sales Dip

Published On: November 08, 2023 - The sales of passenger vehicles' (PVs) witnessed a 1.4% decline in October. As a result, dealers have raised concerns to original equipment manufacturers. They have pointed out that the inventory of PVs has reached an unprecedented level, with a supply that could last for 63-66 days. In the meantime, Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) has urged the central government to come up with attractive, festive schemes to prop up sales.
