Go First Revival: NCLT Grants 90 Days Extension For Resolution

Published On: November 24, 2023 - The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has extended the insolvency process of grounded airline Go First by 90 days. The extension period is effective from Nov 6, '23 and will end on Feb 4, '24. The tribunal also directs Go First for completion of the resolution plan within the stipulated time period.
