Godrej Family Divides 127-Year-Old Business

While Adi Godrej and his brother Nadir Godrej will control the company's five listed companies - Godrej Consumer Products, Godrej Industries, Godrej Properties, Godrej Agrovet, and Astec Lifesciences - Jamshyd Godrej and his sister Smita will control Godrej and Boyce and affiliate companies.
