I-T, ED raids Underway In Karnataka, West Bengal, Telangana & Tamil Nadu

Published On: October 05, 2023 - I-T and ED raids are underway in Karnataka, West Bengal, Telangana and Tamil Nadu ahead of the Lok Sabha Polls 2024 and Assembly elections in some states. A day after ED raided AAP leader Sanjay Singh's residence in a money laundering probe, the law enforcement agency is conducting raids at Bengal Food Minister Rathin Ghosh's residence in the civic body recruitment scam and properties linked to Karnataka Congress leader Manjunath Gowda. While all raids can't be termed as vendetta, the timing has definitely raised questions.
