Published On: May 31, 2024 - The EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, or CBAM, is set to roll out fully from January 1, 2026. CBAM essentially means that non-EU producers, like those in India, must report their emissions which would lead to the imposition of a tax of around 20-35% on select imports.
