IndiGo Gets Rs 1.2 Crore Fine, Mumbai Airport Receives Rs 90 Lakh Penalty

Published On: January 18, 2024 - Aviation Regulators, BCAS and DCGA, have pulled up airlines such as Air India, IndiGo, and SpiceJet, along with Mumbai airport authority amid flight delays and mismanagement issues. Owing to the viral video where passengers are seen eating on the tarmac, a penalty of Rs 1.2 crore has been imposed on IndiGo.
