From anti-corruption crusader to populist CM to corruption accused, Arvind Kejriwal's political arc is fascinating. His comrades insist Kejriwal was, is and will remain Delhi's chief minister? But can he? Is he on sound legal ground? It may be theoretically plausible, but governing from behind bars can be a logistical nightmare. However, there is no legal constraint against a Chief Minister conducting official responsibilities while under arrest. Disqualification, once convicted is another story.
