Magnitude 7.4 Earthquake Rocks Taiwan

The epicentre of the quake was in waters off the eastern coastline of Taiwan island, said the administration. Earthquake rocked the capital Taipei knocking out power in several parts of the city and sparking a tsunami warning for the islands of southern Japan and the Philippines.
