Missing Celebrity Teachers: India's Consumer Protection Authority Takes Action

Published on: October 15, 2024 - India's Central Consumer Protection Authority has brought coaching centers under its radar that entice aspirants in the name of celebrity teachers. So far, this year, 6,980 students have contacted the National Consumer Helpline for grievances related to unfulfilled promises, inadequate teaching quality, and abrupt cancellations of courses.
