This two-day trip marks his first bilateral overseas journey in his third term. On arrival at Moscow’s Vnukovo-II VIP airport, PM Modi was warmly received by First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov and honored with a tri-services guard of honor. Notably, Manturov accompanied Modi to his hotel in the same car, a rare gesture of hospitality.
