Navratri Spurs 37% YoY Property Sales Surge in Mumbai

Published On: October 25, 2023 - There has been a rise in the registration of property in Mumbai on account of the Navratri days, which started on October 15 and ended on October 23. During these nine days, 4,594 units were registered, compared to the 3,343 units last year during Navratri. The data is released by Knight Frank India. The average registration rate during Navratri last year was 371. This year, the number increased to 510.
