New Bank Loan Rules

Published On: April 16, 2024 - In order to boost transparency in India’s banking system, RBI has issued the latest guidelines for borrowing of loans. As a result, all banks and finance institutions will provide key fact statements to loan borrowers which will include details on fees and annual credit cost.
