Not a Time for Cold War

Prime Minister Modi is visiting Russia on July 8th for the 22nd India-Russia annual summit. This will be his first visit since Russia launched its military offensive in Ukraine in 2022. Although Russia and India always have been close, but lately, Russia seems to be inclining towards China. The confrontations between USA and China are increasing.On the other hand, official proximity between USA and India seems to be on the rise. Will this visit reset bilateral ties?
