Chinese Company Oppo Moves to NCLT Court Against BYJU’S

Published On: May 02, 2024 - Chinese electronics manufacturer Oppo has filed a corporate insolvency resolution under the IBC Code, 2016 against BYJU’S at the Bengaluru bench of the National Company Law Tribunal. The ed-tech company has been given two weeks to respond to the matter. However, the amount that BYJU’S owes to the company is not yet known.
