Pay Salaries Or Face An Audit : NCLT Warns BYJU'S

Published On: July 05, 2024 - The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has recently issued a strong warning to BYJU's: Either pay your employees their salaries right away or undergo a thorough audit. The NCLT's Bengaluru division has shown significant worry about delays in paying salaries for February and March. They have cautioned that if this continues, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) may investigate further.
