Section 144 Imposed in Delhi For a Month

There's heavy barricading at the Haryana-Punjab border and entry points to the capital. Haryana Police fired tear gas shells as a group of youth, part of the farmers' protest, attempted to breach barricades at the Shambhu border in Ambala.
