Sony Turns Down Deadline Extension Sought By Zee

Published On: December 20, 2023 - Zee-sony merger has hit a roadblock with Sony India issuing a statement saying that it has not yet agreed to the extension of the deadline for merger sought by Zee. The original deadline to complete the merger is Thursday, 21 December. However, the Punit Goenka-led group asked for an extension on 17 December.
