Go First Acquisition: SpiceJet’s Ajay Singh Submits Joint Bid

Published On: February 19, 2024 - SpiceJet’s promoter Ajay Singh has submitted a joint bid - along with Busy Bee Airways - to acquire the beleaguered carrier, Go First. According to the SpiceJet airline, Ajay Singh’s bid has been submitted in a personal capacity. Earlier, NCLT extended the resolution process deadline for Go First by 60 days.
