SpiceJet, Two Entities Show Interest In Acquiring Go First

Published On: December 18, 2023 - Three entities, including SpiceJet have shown interest in acquiring the grounded airline, Go First. The other two entities are Sharjah-based aviation company Sky One; and Africa-focused Safrik Investments. All three entities seek an extension of the deadline, along with a nod for due diligence.
