Telangana Assembly Poll 2023: Has KCR Kept His Poll Promises?

The BRS made a plethora of poll promises in the 2018 Assembly elections that won KCR the moniker of 'Welfare Raja'. But after five years, most of his poll promises don't seem to have taken off. Will it be KCR's nemesis this time?
