Ukraine Hits Russia's Biggest Oil Refineries

Published On: March 13, 2024 - Ukraine launched drone and missile strikes on two Russian oil refineries in Nizhny Novgorod and Oryol regions. However, no casualties were reported. A Lukoil-owned fuel and energy complex was hit in Kstovo, 828km from the Ukraine border. Nizhny Novgorod produces nearly 6% of Russia's refined crude. Another drone crashed into a refinery in Oryol, 160km from the border.
